The signage at the tee boxes provided the basic information with yardage but could be expanded to include a few more distance markers on the fairways.
The fairways are mowed nicely and the roughs cut at the right length. There are areas that have longer grass making it difficult to find a golf ball much less hit a shot. This was to be expected providing even more incentive to hit accurate shots. The cart paths on the front 9 are gravel base and could use some dust control. The majority of the paths on the back 9 are asphalt.
Some of the bunkers contain stones causing concern for possible club damage. Others are clean of this type of debris making the sand shot more playable. The tee boxes are well manicured and maintained. Many of the tee boxes combine the white and blue tees. This appears to be due to the lack of land to expand the blue tees back further. The greens are generally smaller than most courses but again it is probably due to the lack of land availability. The greens were fair but need to be cut shorter to accommodate players who have a tendency to play courses with faster greens.
There is no beverage service on the course. However, there is a friendly customer service staff in the clubhouse that serves the basics
